BPA - Best Player Available.
Teams sitting at the mid-to-late part of round 1 could be taking BPA over need, technically.
For example, Philadelphia could go with a CB (a need, but not as much as an OT, WR) if Rodgers-Cromartie some how falls to them.
Washington is a team that could follow along the lines of BPA. Same with Pittsburgh and even Seattle, despite talk of Seattle bolstering their offense.
